All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time of purchase.

3. Orders & Payment

• All orders are subject to availability and confirmation
• We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), Bank Transfer, and JazzCash/EasyPaisa
• Payment must be received before order shipment (except COD)
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Delivery time: 3-7 business days within Pakistan
• International shipping available upon request
• Shipping costs calculated at checkout
• Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products (food items), we can only accept returns for damaged or defective products. Claims must be made within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.

6. Quality Guarantee

We guarantee that all our coffee beans are of the stated grade (Grade 1 or Grade 2) and freshly roasted. If you’re not satisfied with the quality, please contact us within 7 days of receipt.

Minimum Order Quantity

Wholesale orders require a minimum of 60kg (one bag) per order.

Payment Terms

• New customers: Payment in advance
• Established customers: Net 30 payment terms available upon approval
